Waffles

On Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, over the three day weekend, I went skiing at Canyons Resort.  Every time I went, I ate at Burgess Waffle Hut.  They have the best waffles!  The waffle I had on saturday was called The Torpedo, it's stuffed with Belgian dark chocolate and it had whipped cream on the top, it's so good.  The waffle I had on Sunday was just plain with whipped cream, but it was super fluffy.  On Monday, I had a Torpedo with whipped cream and strawberries, it was the best that I've had!

On Monday, I went to Sundance with my friend Jonah, on the way to see a movie about animation.  We stopped at a food truck called Off The Grid SLC.  This food truck is different than any other one I have seen, they serve deluxe waffles.  The menu was very interesting, it had tons of different waffles: Banana Walnut, Blueberry Hazelnut, Strawberry Ricotta, The Cancun, Grilled Cheese, and many more.  I got the Cancun waffle, this particular waffle had creamy apple filling, whipped cream, with apple slices covered with cinnamon and the apple sauce on top.
